Maddie’s Senior Portraits | Annapolis

Maddie’s senior session started in Eastport and ended in downtown Annapolis – a mix of nautical and historic charm! I had so much fun walking all around the city with Maddie and hearing about her love for Irish dance – she is actually an instructor for younger children – and her dreams of attending Wake Forest University next year (where she was already accepted)!

It was just after 7am when we started photographing & she it only took us a minute before we were chatting away! No coffee required! Maddie is full of life and beautiful inside and out! Her smile is contagious and her personality literally radiates right through each frame!

Mini-Session Sneak Peek | Quiet Waters Park

Last Friday I held a packed mini-session marathon at Quiet Waters Park in Annapolis! Rather than fight crowds and traffic on the biggest shopping day of the year, I decided it would be fun to get outside in the cool fall weather and photograph a total of seven different portrait sessions from sunrise to sunset! The day turned out to be absolutely gorgeous and every session was a lot of fun – I want to thank all of my mini-session clients for meeting me the day after Thanksgiving and for celebrating my first full day of being engaged! I had so much fun spending last Friday with you and can’t wait for all of you to receive your pictures!

And as I’m finishing the galleries- I wanted to drop along a tiny sneak peek! More to come!

Katie’s Portraits | Philadelphia

I absolutely love meeting up with other photographers – especially young photographers! Katie Yuen, a portrait and wedding photographer from Philadelphia, met up with me a few weeks ago for some laid back portraits. Katie is at Temple pursuing a degree in photography and we met last summer when she attended a wedding I was photographing!

Katie is fun, full of life, and an absolutely doll! She may not realize it – but if she ever decides to stop doing photography, she could easily have a career as a fashion model! She is gorgeous inside and out – truly one of a kind!
