Katharine & Justin’s Wedding

July 14, 2011 | Posted in Weddings

Last weekend I had the honor of photographing Katharine & Justin’s beautiful wedding in Baltimore, Maryland! From the moment I met this duo at their engagement session last summer, I knew that their wedding was going to be incredible! Katharine and Justin are two of the most down to earth people you could imagine! We began the day getting ready at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront Hotel before zipping to Fells Point for the first look and Tabrizi’s for the wedding ceremony! I was also lucky enough to have the fabulous Mandy Sroka second shooting for me and the amazing ladies behind Union3 Events coordinating the entire day!

Katharine & Justin’s wedding wasn’t simply about two soul mates tying the knot – but it was also about a family of three beginning a new journey together. Justin’s beautiful daughter Stella was a big part of their wedding day and it was such a special moment seeing all three celebrate this wedding together! From the spectacular details to the emotional moments, this wedding had it all!

Congratulations Katharine & Justin! Have an amazing time in Paris!

I loved this sweet moment of Katharine putting on Stella’s dress. One of my favorites.

HellOOOOO gorgeous shoes! And gorgeous rings! And awesome centerpieces! Lovely all around! And might I say, I appreciate that you don’t blow out your shots, making them so bright that you can’t see details on anything. I can read the invitation, which is something that often gets lost in the brightness that a lot of photogs think they have to have. I love your technique! (I accidentally posted this via Facebook the first time, sorry about that!)

I absolutely love the summertime feel of this wedding. The ceremony feels very tropical, their choice of venue and flowers really creates a beautiful mood. Great work.
